Returns & Refunds

For software products, we do not offer refunds. We only do replacements for non-working licenses. If your license does not work, we’ll help you troubleshoot the issue and if everything fails, we’ll replace it with a new one. Given the nature of the products, a refund is not possible in any condition. We expect you to clear all your doubts and queries with us and make an informed decision before purchasing any product.

We offer a warranty period of 6 months . If the product does not works as described then we will replace it within the warranty period . However there will be no refunds under any circumstances
